At Loom, we’re proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders, no matter where you are. We understand how important fast and reliable delivery is — and we’re committed to getting your order to you as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days to process and dispatch your order after purchase. An order is considered dispatched once it’s handed off to the shipping carrier and begins its journey to your destination.
During high-volume periods such as holidays or sales, processing times may be extended up to 7 business days. We always strive to keep delays minimal and will notify you if any issues arise.
Estimated Shipping Times by Region
Shipping time refers to transit time after dispatch, which depends on your location. Estimated delivery times:
- 🇺🇸 United States: 5–12 business days
- 🇨🇦 Canada: 7–14 business days
- 🇦🇺 Australia: 7–14 business days
- 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 6–12 business days
- 🌍 Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Please note: delays due to customs processing or courier issues may occasionally extend delivery times.
Order Accuracy & Address Changes
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error, please email us at shoploomclub@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to make changes, but cannot guarantee edits once processing begins.
In cases where our system detects an incomplete or problematic address, we’ll contact you via email within 3 business days to confirm your details. If we don’t hear back, we may cancel and refund the order.
Delayed Deliveries
While we work hard to get your order out quickly, shipping delays may occur due to:
- Courier disruptions or backlogs
- Severe weather or natural events
- Customs inspections or processing issues
- Address verification or payment delays
If a delay occurs, we’ll do our best to keep you updated and assist with tracking. However, Loom is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package appears lost or stolen after it’s been marked “delivered,” we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. You may also email us at email, and we’ll assist however we can.
While Loom is not liable for packages lost in transit or stolen after delivery, we will do our best to support you through the claim process. In some cases, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation and courier outcome.
