Cancellation Policy

Orders may be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may have already begun processing and we may not be able to modify or cancel it.

If you cancel within 24 hours, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

Loom is not liable for any lost or delayed packages once they leave our facility.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If the address is incorrect and you do not notify us within 24 hours, we cannot offer a refund or resend the item.
